At Crafted Layer Studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

🔁 Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

💰 Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  • Refund Amount = Product Price – Shipping Charges (if applicable)

⚠️ Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

💳 Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
