📦 Order Processing
- Processing Time: Once the order is placed it will be shipped in 3-4 business days at max.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- In rare cases of high order volume, delays may occur. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

We currently ship to India (Nationwide)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping on orders above ₹499 within India.
❗ Wrong Address / Delivery Issues
Please double-check your address before placing an order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it at the buyer’s expense.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment on our website or the courier's platform.
📬 Lost / Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at studiocraftedlayer@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with the courier.
